Buyer should provide complete order number, the product and detail description on the problem

All goods should return completely, we will not reimburse the buyer in case the following happens

Product is used.
Product is already detached from it's packing
Product is expired
Any pre-activated problem

Buyer should responsible for the return cost and arrange the return shipment, all refund will not include our postage cost to buyer

For Customer using SF Express's self pick up service: Customer is liable to pick up the items within 3 days. In any cases customer failed to pick up on time, we will not arrange delivery again and will not refund on it.
