We'll use Hong Kong Post as our major shipping carrier for our product, Hong Kong Post is one of the department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, they set a very high standard service level to all of their service. 

Buyer is responsible to provide a correct shipment address; we will charge a $50 HKD's handling fees on the following situations

• Incorrect address
• Changing delivery address after it's shipped

If you are choosing HK Post local mail service, the responsible party for mail undelivered / item missing is always on the buyer side
